These terms apply to users who access, register for, or use 6KVPN cross-border network access services. Please read and understand the following before using the service. Creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service means that the user agrees to manage the account, subscription, and connection activities in accordance with these terms.
Service Content and Scope
6KVPN provides network access services covering 120+ countries and 180+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service includes an account panel, subscription details, client download access, route connections, and related support features. Available routes, client access points, and account status are determined by the information shown in the user panel at that time.
International routes may be affected by network conditions, access targets, device settings, regional infrastructure, and third-party service policies. 6KVPN may adjust route access points, connection methods, or client configurations as needed for route maintenance, capacity planning, and service security. Such adjustments do not change the basic scope of an active subscription.
Account and Subscription Rules
Registration does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for subscription management, route connections, and setting changes made within their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but each account is intended only for the registrant and devices they reasonably manage. Users may not publicly share, rent, resell, or lend subscriptions, share accounts, subscription links, or client access with unspecified third parties, or use the service for distribution, resale, or public route sharing.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Subscription links are account access credentials. If they are publicly distributed, scraped in bulk, or used for unusual calls, 6KVPN may reset the relevant links and require users to retrieve them again from the panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the place where the service is used, and ensure that their access targets, transmitted content, and account activities have a lawful basis. The service must not be used for illegal purposes, attacks against networks or devices, malware distribution, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, disruption of third-party services, or any other activity that may create risks for systems, routes, or users.
Users may not probe, scan, or damage 6KVPN systems, interfaces, or routes; evade account permissions, traffic metering, or access controls; or use automated methods to continuously consume resources clearly beyond normal personal use. Users are responsible for complaints, losses, or legal liability arising from their own actions.
Availability and Liability
6KVPN provides the applicable services according to subscription status and performs necessary maintenance on its routes and systems. Maintenance, network failures, device compatibility, carrier link changes, changes to access targets, or events beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary unavailability of some routes. Necessary maintenance may not be announced separately each time.
6KVPN does not promise continuous access to specific websites, applications, regional content, or third-party platforms, nor does it guarantee the same connection results across all device environments. Users should save important materials and maintain device security themselves. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 6KVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party services, user configuration, improper protection of account credentials, or events beyond reasonable control.
Account Termination and Terms Updates
If a user violates these terms, uses a subscription for resale or public sharing, engages in conduct that harms systems or routes, or continues to use the service in a way that may create legal or security risks, 6KVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account. Before or after taking action, the system may retain records related to account status, subscriptions, and necessary security events for dispute handling and compliance obligations.
6KVPN may update these terms when the service scope, technical conditions, or legal requirements change. Updates will be published on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be communicated through available in-service methods. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated content.
Refund requests and eligibility are governed by the Refund Policy: a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment.
