This policy explains how 6KVPN handles relevant data while providing subscription services, website features, the user panel, and network acceleration services. Please read these terms before using the service. Continuing to visit the website or use the service means you understand the data practices described in this policy.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

No email address is required during registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Therefore, 6KVPN does not collect a registration email or make an email address a condition for activating an account. The account system processes usernames, authentication data, plan status, aggregated traffic usage, and necessary security records for login verification, permission checks, traffic allowance display, and account maintenance.

After a plan is purchased, the system stores order details, amount, payment method, payment status, and transaction identifiers to complete the order, verify payment, process refunds, resolve billing disputes, and meet necessary financial obligations. Issues, attachments, and replies submitted through tickets are stored to handle the related requests.

Website analytics may include visited pages, referring pages, browser type, operating system, device category, and basic network request information. This data is used to check whether pages work properly, identify abnormal access, and improve content structure. It is not used to build a profile of users' visits to international websites.

No-Logs Scope for Network Acceleration Services

6KVPN does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain DNS queries, destination addresses, transmission content, or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not create personal browsing records for analytics, advertising, or resale.

To apply plan allowances and maintain account status, the system processes account-level aggregated traffic usage. This summary is used to calculate used and remaining traffic and does not include destinations, page content, or specific network requests. Temporary technical information required to operate the service is used only while handling connections and faults, and is not retained as a long-term, searchable personal connection history.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary security markers. They maintain sessions, reduce repeated setup, and protect account operations; they are not used for cross-site tracking.

Analytics features may use local identifiers to distinguish repeat visits and create page-level aggregate data. Users can delete Cookies and local storage through browser settings. After clearing them, users may need to log in again and reselect their language or interface preferences.

Third-Party Payment Processing

6KVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. During payment, the payment provider processes data required for the payment account, transaction confirmation, and risk control under its own rules. 6KVPN receives the payment result, transaction identifier, and amount needed to complete the order, but does not store complete payment credentials directly controlled by the payment provider.

Third-party payment providers are responsible for processing the data they collect independently. Their policies govern data retention, dispute handling, and security measures. Blockchain transactions may create public and irreversible transaction records that are not controlled or removable by 6KVPN.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while the account remains active to provide login, plan, and customer support functions. Order and refund records are retained only as needed to handle transaction disputes, perform financial reconciliation, and meet applicable obligations. Ticket content is kept for the period needed to process requests and conduct follow-up reviews. Website analytics are kept in aggregate where possible; data that no longer serves a processing purpose is deleted or de-identified.

Users can submit a ticket through the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. After verifying a deletion request, 6KVPN will clear account data that no longer needs to be retained. Data that must be kept for transaction records, dispute handling, or applicable rules will be cleared after the relevant obligation ends. After account deletion, related service access and account information that was not exported may not be recoverable.

Policy Updates and Scope

This policy may be updated as service features, data practices, or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Important changes to the scope of data processing may also be announced through the website or user panel.

This policy applies to the 6KVPN website, user panel, and subscription services. Third-party websites, payment services, or external platforms accessed through page links are governed by their own policies. 6KVPN does not control their independent data processing.
